214 possible names for the data-centre construction scheduling product, safest first. Every name here was checked against the trademark registers, the web addresses and its meaning in fifteen languages, using dictionaries. 58 came out clear in every market searched so far.

How these were checked

Each name had an independent search of the United States, Norwegian and Canadian trademark registers for the same or a sound-alike name in software and related trades, plus company registers, live products, the six web addresses (.com, .ai, .app, .io, .co, .so) and dictionaries in fifteen languages. The United Kingdom register was searched by hand for some names; where it says "Not searched", that is still to do.

The European Union register was down for the whole weekend, so most names have no EU result yet. That search comes next for whichever names we like.

"Clear" means nothing was found that would stop us registering or using the name in that market. It is a careful search, not a legal opinion; a filing can still meet an objection.
